Today, 24th Of November 2019, i have to share something with you..
Past twenty days were really annoying for me as I was diagnosed with a disease with a scary name, Bell's Palsy, that commonly known as "Facial Paralysis". I was in a Nainital for some peace after a long hike up of Five months involved with disturbances, stress, mental issues, family dramas and tussles with inner peace, i was happy as somewhere i was recovering with peace but as they said, time has always something for you and on my return back to home, a sudden brain stroke damage my one of the cranial nerve on 4th of November.
As soon as i hold myself, i was Admitted in Bareilly and started with my treatment but as an actor, your face has your biggest value and your pride, face is the biggest weapon of an actor. When i saw my right side of face was not working, from forehead to eyes, from nose to teeth, from lips to ear, not even a single part is working, it was psychologically disturbing.
Doctor advised me to stop working and doing anything which needs my brain, everything for next 1 month, they said, you need a complete rest because this involves brain, and what i always do the best is, thinking stories, films, ideas, and creating my own dramatic & mystic world.
Too painful and stressful was that time, when they said not to take stress, spending those hours with no work but has so many worries was like a different world for me in last some days. Physiotherapy, two times a day is a daily schedule from then to till now. Heavy dose steroids and antiviral tablets creates havoc in my body, loses many night sleeps but now when i am writing this, i must admit, more than physical this was a mental fight to stand against all odds. This has not been a easy phase of my life as I've seen and experienced many things in the past few days, I am recovered more than 90% of cosmetic damage, and internal damage will take almost one more month to regenerate nerves. I have successfully won the major fight and now looking forward to better, stress free, healthy and happy life. Fighting these kind of brain disease is not easy and the all you need is love, care, hope and affection. Though i had decided not to share this trauma with anyone except family during initial days, but really thankful to those few who stood by me like always. My family, I can't thank you enough. Thank you each one of you for standing by me like a rock and making me feel special and truly blessed.
And special Thanks to my Doctor's Dr. Sanjeev Gupta(M.D, D.M(Neuro)),
Dr. Sunil Kathuria And my Physiotherapists Dr. Vaibhav Sharma (Bareilly) & Dr. Narendra Sharma (Aligarh).
Now, as I am entering new life after this uninvited hiccup, the biggest lesson i learned this year is to not force anything, conversations, friendships, relationships, attentions, love. Anything forces is just not worth fighting for, whatever flows flows, what crashes crashes. It is what it is. Forgive me who's hurt because of me, and i forgive those who hurts me, its a small life, so back to the reality. Depression, Stress these are big words, actually very big, peace of mind matters the most in life, i beleive in fight back & As of now, i am looking forward to make better films and tell better stories.

यही फ़लसफ़ा है, ज़िन्दगी का,
सुबह ही होती है, हर शाम के बाद..
जीना आसां हो ही जायेगा,
जो मुस्कुराने की काला आ जाये, हर आँसू के बाद..
